We've Been Where You Are
That's Why We Built RawLab.
We’ve built, scaled, and raised capital. As founders, operators, and investors, we’ve launched startups from scratch, closed global deals, and grown companies across the U.S., Europe, and beyond.
Your business is more than slides and spreadsheets — it’s a living system. When vision, execution, or alignment breaks, growth stalls. We’re here to reconnect the pieces and restore rhythm.
RawLab is also building a venture portfolio and a fund in formation, investing in the founders and technologies shaping the next generation of innovation.
Our mission: Help you find the root cause, rebuild from clarity, and scale with a system that adapts — not collapses.
Our Beliefs
Growth is a mindset,
not a hire
Strategy should create
clarity, not noise
One-size-fits-all doesn't
scale
Leadership is your
greatest leverage

The Systems Lens
The most important companies don’t just solve problems — they shift the systems that create them.
That belief is the foundation of RawLab.
My perspective is shaped by operating at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, global markets, and innovation ecosystems. Over the past two decades, I have worked across industries and continents, gaining a front-row seat to how technological, economic, and political systems interact — and how shifts in one ripple through the others.
Technology doesn’t evolve in isolation. It moves alongside capital flows, geopolitical dynamics, infrastructure, and human ambition.
Understanding those connections creates a different way of seeing the future — not by chasing trends, but by recognizing the deeper forces shaping what comes next.
That systems lens is what guides how I work with founders and where RawLab chooses to focus.
Operational Roots & Strategic Foresight
I began my career contributing to the growth of global technology companies, including Webex (Cisco), Blue Coat (Symantec), and Dell, gaining firsthand experience in how companies scale — and why many promising technologies fail to reach their full potential.
Later, at Forrester Research, I advised Fortune 500 CIOs and CMOs on enterprise technology and AI strategy nearly a decade before the current wave of adoption.
I’ve also experienced innovation from the founder’s side. I co-founded ventures exploring emerging technologies such as quantum-based authentication, building products at the edge of what the market was ready to adopt.
That experience reinforced something I carry into ventures today: timing matters as much as technology.
I don’t chase trends. I watch them form.
Global Connectivity
I later built and led one of the first accelerator programs designed to help European founders enter Silicon Valley, supported by EIT funding under the Horizon Europe framework — the EU’s €95.5 billion research and innovation program. Through this initiative, I worked closely with Seed and Series A founders, helping them access U.S. markets, connect with investors, and navigate the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
Today, RawLab connects a global network spanning 90+ countries, providing founders with strategic guidance, market access, and investor relationships.
Alongside RawLab, I am building Ra’s Circle and Ra’s House — initiatives designed to create a trusted global community where founders, investors, and operators can connect across borders and collaborate more openly between Silicon Valley and the rest of the world.
The Standard
I look for founders with an athlete’s mindset — discipline, resilience, and the conviction to pursue a vision long before proof exists.
Not just strong products, but strong minds:
integrity under pressure, self-awareness, and the quiet dignity that earns trust long before results appear.
At RawLab, we ignore hype cycles.
We work where conviction, invention, and aligned capital create the conditions for lasting, transformative change.
Meaningful success is built when you lead with truth and conviction.
